1. About Freemotive
Freemotive (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a Canadian-based business operating out of Calgary, Alberta.
We design, print, and sell apparel and accessories online.
When we say you or your, we mean anyone visiting or shopping on our site.
2. Using Our Site
You agree to use freemotive.ca only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t harm our business or other users.
You can’t copy or distribute any part of our content, designs, or images without permission (but we love it when you share links — that’s different).
3. Product Information
We do our best to describe and photograph all products accurately, but colors, tones, and details can vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or the handmade nature of our process.
Please note that many product photos are digital mockups — they’re meant to show design placement, fit, and color options as clearly as possible, but the final printed item may vary slightly in scale, tone, or print positioning.
Each piece is made to order, pressed by hand, and one-of-a-kind — so small variations are totally normal (and part of the charm).
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but once you place an order, the price at checkout is final.
Payments are securely processed through third-party platforms (like Stripe, PayPal, etc.), and we do not store your credit card details.
5. Orders & Shipping
Processing time for apparel orders is typically 5–7 business days before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days within Canada.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order’s on the way.
We currently ship within Canada only.
If there are unexpected delays, we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
If there’s a mistake, defect, or major issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it — we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
7. Custom Designs
We do accept requests for custom designs!
When you submit an idea or artwork, you confirm that you own the rights to it and give us permission to produce it on your behalf.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, including images, designs, logos, and text on freemotive.ca, is owned by Freemotive and protected under Canadian copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, republish, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Freemotive is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from using our site or products.
In plain English — we’ll always do our best to make things right, but we can’t be held liable for events beyond our control (shipping delays, lost packages, website downtime, etc.).

Your privacy matters.
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).
