Where do you ship?
Right now, we ship within Canada only — but we’re working on expanding soon.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Each piece is made to order (yes, your hoodie’s literally being pressed just for you).
Processing usually takes 3–5 business days, and we’re working on speeding that up as we grow.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yep! Every order comes with tracking so you can obsessively refresh your shipping page like the rest of us.
How long will shipping take?
Once your order ships, it usually arrives within 2–5 business days (depending on Canada Post and other unforeseen chaos).
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! If you’re in Calgary, AB, you can pick up your order for free from SE Calgary. You’ll get an email when it’s ready.
How do I contact you?

Can I return or exchange my order?
Since every order is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
That said, if something’s off or arrives damaged, we’ll absolutely make it right.
Who covers the shipping if there’s an issue?
If it’s our mistake, we’ll take care of it. No stress.
Are all items made to order?
Yep! Each shirt, crew, and hoodie is made to order and pressed by hand in Calgary, AB.
HOW ARE THE DESIGNS PRINTED?
All Freemotive designs are printed using high-quality DTF for long-lasting clarity.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Turn the garment inside out.
Machine wash cold with gentle soap.
Tumble dry low or hang to dry (it’s better for the planet and your shirt).
No bleach, no dry cleaning, and definitely don’t iron the design.
